Before scheduling service, we want to be transparent about our rates and how the process works so there are no surprises. Our goal is to make your service experience smooth, straightforward, and easy to manage from start to finish.
Service Rates
- One-time trip charge per repair $195
- Hourly labor rate $175 per hour
- Parts billed as applicable
Warranty Work
- No trip charge within the first 90 days
- Parts and labor covered as outlined in the written warranty.
Spa Tune Up Services
Our Spa Tune Up services are designed to fully refresh your spa and restore optimal performance.
- Spa Tune Up $495
- Swim Spa Tune Up $795
It will include purging water cleanse, draining, refilling, filter replacement, cover cleaning and conditioning. During the service if chemicals or replacement parts are needed customer agrees to separate invoicing at current rates.
Valet service
- Therapy Spa $495 per month
- Swim Spa $695 per month
weekly VIP treatment to include:
- water chemistry balancing and treatment
- all chemical products provided
- filter, degrease, and cleanse
- cover treatment
- quarterly spa tune-up
- purging water cleanse
- drain and refill
- surface polishing
annual treatment to include:
- filter replacement
- jet removal and full cleanse/polish
- pillow replacement
every 24 months treatment to include:
- cover replacement
